When inclusion becomes a natural part of everyday life

This week, we met with the teams at ZARA and Massimo Dutti in Gothenburg to talk about something that concerns us all. How do you create a workplace where people with intellectual disabilities can contribute in a meaningful way, and where inclusion becomes a natural part of everyday life?

There were questions and discussions from a highly engaged staff. We talked about knowledge, courage, and structure, but also about everything that happens when a workplace opens its doors and allows new perspectives to become part of the culture.

We are grateful for companies that want to take responsibility, and we look forward to more who want to join us in creating workplaces where everyone has a place.
